President of Donald F. Lee and Associates, Inc. and Project Manager.  Donald has 45 years of surveying experience, beginning in 1957 with the Florida Department of Transportation.  His background includes 33 years of project management, administration and supervisory experience.  He
established the Firm in 1984.

Donald has supervised personnel and managed many different types of projects throughout the Southeast, primarily highway surveys.  His project involvement ranges from many miles of secondary roadways in Columbia and Hamilton counties to heavy urban Interstate highway surveys in Jacksonville, Tampa and other Florida cities.

In addition to his highway surveying expertise, Donald is equally at home with subdivision, boundary and control surveys.
 

Tim Delbene started with Donald F. Lee and Associates shortly after the Firm was established in 1984.  He is currently a staff surveyor and was licensed as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper in 1996.  He is responsible for all mapping and data processing, supervising drafting personnel and providing field crew support.

Tim has an Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology and a background in architecture and engineering.  He also attends numerous training sessions and seminars to help keep the Firm's procedures and technology current.

Tim's 24 years of experience include 17 years of survey office procedure and 13 years CAD operation.
 

Dwayne Ball has 14 years experience in Land Surveying field work and began working for Donald F. Lee & Associates in October 2000. Dwayne is well versed in many types of survey projects including: Boundary & Topographic, Highway design surveys, Wetland location, ALTA surveys and construction staking. Mr. Ball began his surveying career in Albany, Georgia & Valdosta, Georgia working his way from Rodman to Crew Chief with several companies. He is skilled in Electronic data collection and a wide range of instrumentation. With this Company, Dwayne has been head crew chief on a number of FDOT & County highway design & Right-of-Way surveys and has worked on many R/W staking projects connected to our current FDOT District Wide Surveying & Mapping contract.
 

Alice is a 2001 graduate of the University of Florida's Surveying and Mapping program. She joined the Company shortly after graduation and has been with us as a Senior Technician for 7 years. During school Alice gained experience with the Florida Department of Transporation's District 2 doing field work in the surveying department and research in the Right-of-Way office. Alice has very strong technology skills and is a great asset to the team.
